We are completing our roster of our 2011 volunteers. Opportunities are available to individuals and groups who wish to contribute their time and skills to become a part of the Fox Valley Marathon race weekend.
All volunteers will receive a 2011 race crew tec t-shirt.

Teens are welcome to volunteer for all jobs except Road Crew or captain/coordinator.
Volunteer Positions (Some positions may already be filled.)
Captains and Coordinators qualify for an endurance award in their second year of volunteering, racing or a combination.
We still need:
- 2 Geneva Road Crew captains
- Timing captain
- Start captain
All jobs are well defined and include official 2011 FVM committee race day clothing plus invitations to the committee pre-race party as well as the post-race party. Please email us to ask about these jobs, they are NOT as hard as they might sound.

Volunteer Parking - Race Village
Please park on the streets to the west of the Race Village (Indiana, 3rd, 4th street, etc.) Do not park in the Blue Goose parking lot - they need the space for their morning customers (you WILL be towed.)
Volunteer Check In
Volunteer Waiver - please fill this out and hand in at check in to receive your volunteer tec shirt.
Aid Stations - Report directly to your aid station. Shirt available at check in with signed waiver. Contact your aid station captain regarding specific info.
Command Center - check in will be in a tent at the north end of the Race Village. The Race Village will be set up in the city parking lot along 1st Street between Illinois and Indiana Streets. Coffee will be available for volunteers at check in.
