Bling Bling! Two years in a row? Twice the Bling!!
Not surprisingly, the Fox Valley Marathon Races have a very high number of returning runners each year. We love that and consider every one of our finishers part of the FVM 'family'!
To show our appreciation and in recognition of the dedication and commitment it takes to train and complete our endurance races we give our returning official finishers a second medal, the Endurance Award. You'll want to do some weight training before race day because wearing two of our medals is heavy!
How do you start your string of Endurance Award medals?
It's simple, just be a consecutive, official finisher of any of our races and we'll award you a great medal! Introduced in 2011 it was an instant hit and will continue to be each year! And every 5 years we'll give you something extra cool! So keep your string alive, come out this year and earn your 2nd or 3rd year Endurance Award!
